I write this letter to my-self for many reasons. One; because it is good practice for my writing skills. And two; to show me what I was like in seventh grade. I have bright red hair and brown-green eyes. I enjoy hockey, golf, and snowboarding. I have two brothers and one sister. My sister may be annoying at times, and my brother may beat me up from time to time, but I still love them. I also like to hang out with my friends at movies and at their houses. I dislike when we are assigned to read books for homework and then we have to reflect about it. As I’ve already mentioned, I love to hang out with my friends even if it just means talking to them on the phone. One of the most fun activities I do with my friends is to go snowboarding at Sunburst. This is one of the best activities for me and my friends. It helps us to get to know each other and it’s just plain fun. For me, this seventh grade year has been filled with lots of opportunities to get to know people. Even though there are about fifty seventh grade kids in our school, yet I still Know them all very well. This year, the world was filled with excitement, tragedies, and lots of life changing events. For example, we had the first African American President and we also had the biggest oil leek in history. I hade a modeo for this years hepfulness; Unless you are heartless, you will help.Another tragedy was the earthquake in Haiti. Our class has done truckloads of helpful deeds to help Haiti; the penny war and a whole lot of other events. This has been a year filled with excitement. This year was filled with lots of class activitys. For me, class activitys make up school. We ahve done many class activitys this year. My favorite ones are the ones where you get to work in small groups. This helps to get to know each other and it’s fun to put our ideas together. My favorite activitys are the ones that we do in math because they make your brain think the most nd the teach new concepts at the same time. I think that I am going to be going to marqutte highschool in the future, mainly because my older brother is going their, but also because I think it is a great school filled with oppourtunities and friendships. This seventh grade experience will hopefully be close to what my highschool experience will be like. I will not be going to highschool with more than three people i know, so I wish myself luck. I can’t wait to see how I turn out in two years!

Dear Teddy,
I am going to tell you what I was like in seventh grade. This will help you to realize what you were like two years ago. I have many traits and physical characteristics that make up who I am. I have bright red hair and brown-green eyes. I enjoy hockey, golf, and snowboarding. I have two brothers and one sister. My sister may be annoying at times, and my brother may beat me up from time to time, but I still love them. I have three pets; a mini piranha called a beta fish, named jimmy; a dog, named Rufus; and a parakeet named David. I also like to hang out with my friends at movies and at their houses. I dislike when we are assigned to read books for homework and then we have to reflect about it.

I think that I am going to be going to Marquette high school in the future, mainly because my older brother is going their, but also because I think it is a great school filled with opportunities and friendships. In the future, I want to grow up to be a mechanical engineer. I think this would be the perfect job for me because I am interested in gears and how simple machines and be used in our everyday life, or ho they can be put together to create complex machinery. When I was younger around the age of eight to ten, I had a huge collection of legos and I would build all sorts of crazy cars or vehicles. If I don’t become a mechanical engineer, I would probably want to own a manufacturing company that manufactures and designs machinery for factories and large company’s. This seventh grade experience will hopefully be close to what my high school experience will be like. I will not be going to high school with more than three people I know, so I wish myself luck. I can’t wait to see how I turn out in two years!
